Search engines may index publicly available information from your profile that is searchable by anyone on the Internet. Search engines do not have access to any Personal Contact Information contained in your profile. This is available only to paid members of the Au Pair Company Ltd. Personal Contact Information is defined as an email address, phone number or physical street address.  If you are worried about your profile being seen, then you can hide it from view and still use the services to search for aupairs.

Personal Contact Information

The Personal Contact Information you provide in your profile is made available on the Au Pair Company Ltd web site only to paid members. No guarantees are made regarding the legitimacy of the claims of those who have paid for membership to access Personal Contact details; although The Au Pair Company will validate credit card details which will be cross referenced with clients details, including e-mail address.  It is recommended that Au Pairs cross-reference and authenticate members details prior to any contractual agreement.  It is also recommended that Members do not advance funds overseas to Au Pairs.

As a registered member of The Au Pair Company Ltd you may view, modify or delete your Personal Contact Information at any time.  The information you provide during registration may also be used to enable us to process, validate and verify services or membership purchases. 

We also may use personally identifiable information about you to deliver information to you that, in some cases, is targeted to your interests, such as news, updates, promotions, e-mail notifications. You may opt out of receiving any such automated information services at any time by modifying your account preferences. We reserve the right to contact any member at any time regarding membership renewals or other membership-related problems or questions.  The Au Pair Company Ltd may be obliged to disclose personal contact information to assist law enforcement, prevent fraud or assist in crime prevention 

Security of Your Password

You should not disclose or share your password with any third parties. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Paid membership allows you access to Personal Contact Information.  In an effort to prevent Spam and unsolicited approaches, you are requested to inform The Au Pair Company of any unsolicited approaches. Members using this site for any purpose other than that of qualifying and communication with prospective Au Pairs for the explicit purpose of offering a specific work placement to an Au Pair for the said Members own benefit. Contacting Au Pairs on behalf of friends is not permitted ït is vital for security and the protection of the Au Pairs themselves that all members are identifiable against a specific credit card and verifiable contact details.
