We have designed this website to be an efficient and effective way to help match Au Pairs with Host Families. There are 3 ways to use the site:

Free
Anyone can search our database for Au Pairs and Host Families for free. You can use the simple search form to help find the perfect Family or Au Pair.   Please note, GOOGLE will also search the database, so if you do not want your registration indexed, you should select the "HIDE" option for your registration.

Registered users
By registering on-line you can have your own profile listed on the website, so that others can contact you. Simply fill in the form, upload a recent photo then validate your registration by logging-in. The benefits of Registration include: 

• Display of your own profile complete with a photo
• Search forms to remember your profile information
• Ability to view new additions to the database since your last visit
• Your profile and availability dates updated & amended 
• Advanced searching to fine tune your specific requirements
• Ability to temporarily withhold site display of your profile, or remove it
• Saving of individual profiles in My Favourites section so that you can come back to them at any time.

Paid Membership only £35 for 100 days
Registered users can choose to sign up  (secure on-line SAGE / HSBC ) for a £35 membership fee. This reveals contact details of other users for 100 days, allowing you direct contact with suitable Host Families or Au Pairs.  Only paid members can access contact details on the site.  You do not have to display your profile to be a member, there is an option to hide it.
 

Frequently Asked Questions

1.       How much does the site cost to use?

You can register your profile on the site for free and you can also search all the other profiles.  Only if you wish to contact someone else from the site directly do you need to pay a £35 Membership fee.

2.       What do I do if I have lost or forgotten my password?

Click on My Account and then click on the Forgot Password button. Our system will send you an email immediately.

3.       Can everyone see my contact details?

Only Registered Users who have paid for a Membership can see your details. Either Au Pairs or Host Families can pay for a Membership.  If you do not wish to be contacted directly you can hide your profile at any time from My Account section.

4.       Do you have a refund policy?

If you have not found the ideal Au Pair or family within the 100 day membership we will extend it free for another 100 days.   Please see our Membership page for full details.

5.       Is my registration automatic?

We first validate your e-mail address and send out a PIN number which you must enter to complete the registration process.

6.       Can I be a member without displaying my own details?

Yes, after entering your details to complete the registration process, you have the opportunity to hide your profile at any time, or even amend or delete it.

7.       How do I contact someone on the site?

Enter all your details to complete a registration, then pay only £35 on-line for a 100 day membership.  Your membership gives you direct access to all the contact details on the Au Pair Company website. Click here to join now >> Membership

8.       What happens if I register but do not pay for membership?

You will be able to display your own profile and paid members will be able to contact you directly.  Having a photo on your profile improves your desirability four-fold.  And every time you log-in at the site your profile will move up the display rankings  - so keep checking back!

9.       How do I remove or hide my own details?

You have the opportunity to hide your profile at any time by using the section detailed My Account.  There is also an option to permanently remove all your details from our database.

10.      Who can / will contact me & when?

If your profile is visible to other paid members then they will have access to the contact details that you entered during registration. You have the opportunity to hide your profile at any time by using the section detailed My Account which means you will neither be viewed nor contacted.  The Au Pair Company Ltd reserves the right to contact you no more than once a month with specific site related updates.  Your details will not be passed on for any marketing by third parties.
